Amber turned three on May 23, 2002.  We celebrated with some friends, the O'Rourkes and the Tewells.

In all the excitement, we neglected to give Sammy a piece of cake.  He was so distraught that he couldn't tell us why he was so sad, until the next morning when he asked, "Mommy, why didn't you give me a piece of cake yesterday?"
